The dental office of Dr. Stephen Johansen is conveniently located in the center of the Salt Lake valley in Sandy. We are just 4 stoplights south of the Union Park Ave. exit off I-215. We see patients from virtually every corner of Salt Lake City due to our central location. To better serve our patients we are open from 9am to 5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and from 7am to 3pm on Tuesday and Friday. Dental emergencies are always treated with great urgency and care.
